Lawmakers are sounding off over two provisions in the Senate Judiciary Committee's immigration reform bill. The biggest sticking points appear to be an amendment that would institute a guest worker program for undocumented immigrants and allowing illegal immigrants the chance to work toward legal status without first returning home.
